Website information
Privacy notice.
What information this website handles, why it is needed, and how to contact us about it.
Effective date:
Who is responsible
Logic First, LLC, operating as LogicFirst in Washington, USA, is responsible for the website information described in this notice. Contact privacy@logicfirst.com with privacy questions or requests.
This notice covers logicfirst.com and correspondence about this website or a prospective engagement. Information we process on a client’s behalf during an engagement is addressed by the relevant client agreement and data protection arrangements.
When you browse
Cloudflare hosts and helps protect this website. Delivering pages involves processing technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested address and request time. Cloudflare may also process security signals and request logs to identify abusive traffic and operate its services.
The site does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics tags. Fonts, images and application files are served with the site. When you interact with an inquiry form, a Cloudflare Turnstile security check loads from Cloudflare to help prevent automated submissions. Technical hosting and security processing still occurs even without visitor tracking.
Inquiries and correspondence
The Contact form and Start a conversation dialog collect your name and work email, plus any company, role and message you choose to provide. When you submit, we send those details, the form’s source, the page pathname, a submission reference and the submission time through Cloudflare to our business email inbox. We use them to respond and discuss a potential engagement. We do not include the page’s query parameters or browser history in the inquiry.
Form drafts remain temporarily on the page until you submit them; the application does not save drafts in browser storage. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and device signals to check for automated activity. We validate that check before accepting a submission and apply short-lived rate limits to help prevent abuse. Security processing may occur even if you do not submit the form.
If you contact us by email, we receive your address, the message and any other details you choose to include. We use that information to respond, discuss your needs and maintain relevant correspondence. Please keep an initial inquiry brief and avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential project documents.
Purposes and providers
We use information to operate and protect the website, answer questions, discuss potential engagements and handle privacy requests. Relevant records may also be used to meet legal obligations or address a dispute. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Cloudflare processes technical information as our hosting and security provider; its privacy policy describes its handling of information about users of customer websites. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages sent to our privacy address to our business inbox. Cloudflare also processes and sends website inquiries and provides Turnstile spam protection. Our email providers process that correspondence so it can be delivered and answered. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to address a security incident or legal claim.
We do not sell information collected through this website or provide it to advertising companies for targeted advertising.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry emails and other correspondence for the time needed to address the request and any resulting business discussion, taking account of recordkeeping requirements and unresolved disputes. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or remove identifying details. Records of an engagement may be subject to separate retention requirements. The website does not keep a separate database of form submissions or retain unsent form drafts. Application delivery logs record a submission reference and outcome rather than the message or contact details.
Technical information processed by Cloudflare is subject to the retention practices for the services used, as described in its privacy policy. Connections to this website use HTTPS encryption. No website or communication service can guarantee complete security; use an agreed secure channel for sensitive project materials.
Processing locations
Cloudflare operates a global network. Website technical information may be processed outside the country where you live. The location of correspondence processing also depends on the email services used by you and by us.
Your choices and requests
Email privacy@logicfirst.com to ask about information we hold about you or to request access, correction or deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to a copy of your information, to object to or restrict certain uses, to appeal a decision on a request, or to complain to a privacy regulator.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some requests may be limited by applicable law, including obligations to preserve particular records. We will explain any applicable limitation when responding. Please provide only the information needed to identify your request.
Cookies and changes
Our Cookie Notice explains browser storage and possible security cookies. We will update this notice when the website or its information practices change and show the effective date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for a change.
